Refund Policy
Last updated 9 September 2026
All orders are non-refundable except where required by law. We would rather fix the problem than keep your money, but digital services have limits.
1. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right is waived once the server is provisioned at the customer's express request.
2. Service faults
If we fail to deliver the service you paid for and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the unused portion of the current billing period in full. SLA credits are handled separately under the Service Level Agreement.
3. Non-refundable orders
All orders are non-refundable except where required by law. This includes VPS subscriptions, one-time setup or migration work already performed, licence fees paid to third parties on your behalf, periods already consumed, tips, and services terminated for a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Cancellations
Cancelling stops the next renewal. We do not pro-rate a period that has already started unless the cancellation is due to our fault or a price increase you objected to.
5. How to request a refund
Email order@skycloud-droid.site with your order number. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 14 days; your bank may take a few days more.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until the dispute is resolved.
