Questions we actually get asked
- How quickly is my server ready?
- Most servers are provisioned within 90 seconds of payment clearing. If anything needs a manual review, we tell you by email within the hour.
- Can I move between plans?
- Yes. Upgrades are applied in place with a short reboot and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades happen at the start of the next billing period.
- Do you charge VAT?
- EU consumers are charged their national VAT rate. Businesses with a validated EU VAT ID outside Poland pay 0% under the reverse-charge mechanism. Customers outside the EU pay no VAT.
- What happens if you miss the SLA?
- Our SLA guarantees 99.9% monthly network availability. Below that you can claim service credits on a published scale — see the SLA page.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes. Yearly billing gives you two months free on Basic, Standard and Advanced. The Dedicated plan is yearly only.
