Child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, incitement to violence or hatred, and any material illegal in Poland, the Netherlands, Spain or Germany. Fraud, phishing, carding, malware distribution, botnet command and control, and credential stuffing. Unlicensed distribution of copyrighted works.

No denial-of-service attacks, port scanning of third parties, spoofing, sniffing on shared segments, or open resolvers, relays and proxies. Outbound attack traffic results in immediate suspension. We may rate-limit or null-route an IP under attack to protect the network.

Bulk mail is allowed only to recipients who opted in, with working unsubscribe handling and correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Unsolicited bulk mail leads to suspension. Port 25 is closed by default and opened on request after a short review.

CPU, RAM and disk are dedicated to your plan. Network bandwidth is shared: sustained saturation that degrades other customers may be shaped. Cryptocurrency mining is not permitted on shared-network plans.

Send reports with logs and timestamps in UTC to order@skycloud-droid.site. We acknowledge within 24 hours and act on verified reports within 48 hours.

Depending on severity: notice and a fix window, throttling, suspension, or immediate termination without refund. Serious criminal matters are reported to the competent authorities.
